In partnership with families, we support children's communication, attention, and behavior through therapies that enhance nervous system regulation and neurological organization.

Regulation Station
When we listen through the lens of the nervous system, behavior starts to make sense.

The Nervous System
When the nervous system is regulated, we feel safe, flexible and connected. This state allows for health, learning and growth.
The nervous system is influenced by a variety of factors, including genetics, toxins, infections, inflammation, and past physical or emotional traumas. When the system is overwhelmed, the muscles of the middle ear and the vagus nerve can lose tone.

This loss of tone affects how someone processes sound, responds to stress, and connects with others. Over time, these changes can make it harder to maintain attention, regulate emotions, communicate effectively and adapt to everyday challenges.
Dysregulation
When the nervous system is stuck in protection mode, connection and learning become harder.
When the nervous system remains in a chronic defensive state, everyday experiences can feel overwhelming. Sounds may seem too loud, routines too confusing, and relationships too demanding.

Over time, the persistent stress can interfere with how the brain processes information and communicates with the body. Children may struggle with attention, learning, emotional regulation, behavior, and communication - not because of willpower, but because their nervous system is prioritizing safety over engagement.
Pathways to Regulation
Multi-sensory therapies support the nervous system's natural balance and flexibility.
Our primary therapies include the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Integrated Listening System (iLs), which use auditory and sensory-based approaches to help children shift out of defensive states, strengthen neural pathways, and support emotional balance, communication, attention, and learning. We also include primitive reflex integration to further support the body's natural regulatory capacity.

Who I Am
I began practicing as a Speech Pathologist in 1991, focusing on the communication needs of children. Becoming a parent shifted the trajectory of my career: both my daughter and son experienced challenges with dysregulation, including sensory, emotional/behavioral, and executive function differences.

My journey to support them, combined with an ongoing curiosity about the underlying causes of these challenges, led me to Dr. Porges' Polyvagal Theory. Using this framework as a foundation, I've had the privilege of helping my children - and hundreds of families- support their sensitive and struggling kids in ways that foster regulation, connection, and resilience.

The Regulation Station Approach
I am a certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Provider with updated Remote Delivery Training, a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, trained in Integrated Listening System (iLs) therapy, a Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) Professional, and a certified Primitive Reflex Integration Specialist. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, I integrate clinical expertise with sensory, neurobiological, and holistic approaches to support each child’s regulation, learning, and communication needs.

My approach is guided by Polyvagal Theory, Total Load Theory, the foundations of health, and neurobiology-informed parenting strategies. This framework helps us identify and address biological, environmental, and emotional sources of stress in ways that are practical and achievable for families.
I believe that all bodies are inherently designed to heal and regulate themselves, but modern stressors can overwhelm this capacity. I partner with families to reduce stress, activate social engagement systems, and restore the body’s innate potential for regulation, resilience, and well-being. Ongoing learning including Nutrition for Mental Health and Treating Complex Trauma with Internal Family Systems, continually informs and enhances my work with children and families.

SSP 30 Day Journey- $475
The Foundations of Safety Packages
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Core Pathway is a transformative, multi-sensory journey that helps children experience felt safety and build connection. By gently stimulating the middle ear muscles and cranial nerves involved in social engagement, the SSP resets the nervous system, promoting a more regulated and resilient state.
The SSP is foundational rather than standalone—it prepares the nervous system to respond more effectively to other therapies and everyday challenges. Multiple SSP journeys over time gradually increase the nervous system’s capacity for resilience, helping children adapt more easily to life’s demands.
SSP 90 Day Journey - $675
Package Includes: *Initial Assessment – understand your child’s current regulation and needs *SSP Connect and Core Pathways – foundational auditory therapy to support nervous system regulation *Daily Email Support (30 days) – guidance and tips for using SSP at home *Free SSP for Primary Caregiver – experience the journey alongside your child *Proprietary Educational Materials – resources to support learning and implementation *Parent Support Telephone Call – personalized guidance and strategy discussion *Neurobiology-Informed Parenting Resources – strategies for fostering parent- child connection *Foundations of Health Resources – support physical well-being *Optional Extended SSP Core – continue the Core Pathway for $35/week if more time is needed *Discounts for Family Members *Repeat SSP at Reduced Rates

Vagal Toning Package
The Vagal Toning Package features the SSP Balance Pathway, an optional follow-up to any Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) package. Using gentle auditory stimulation, the program supports vagus nerve toning to help the body regain balance and return to a regulated state. It can be used for quick support during moments of stress or as an ongoing tool for strengthening emotional resilience and nervous system regulation, helping children feel more flexible, connected, and able to respond calmly to daily challenges.

Vagal Toning Package -$100/ month
- SSP Balance Pathway-
Package Includes: *As-Needed Text Support – guidance whenever it’s needed during the program *Free for Primary Caregiver – participate alongside your child *Available Within 3 Months of Completing an SSP Package – designed to follow the Core Pathway and build on previous progress
Neurological Organization Package
The Neurological Organization Package uses the Integrated Listening System (iLs) Focus to enhance brain and body function through music and movement. Specially processed music delivered via air and bone conduction headphones provides targeted sensory input, while customized movement activities support body coordination and neural organization. Grounded in the principles of neuroplasticity, iLs helps the brain form new neural connections, improving attention, learning, communication, and overall brain function. It can be used independently or as a follow-up to SSP to deepen and sustain progress, promoting lasting regulation and neurological health.
Neurological Organization Package- $200/ month
-Integrated Listening Systems-
(4- 6 months per program)
Package Includes: *ILS Hardware & Integration Kit – $300 (required for therapy) *Assessment Fee – $200 (FREE for SSP Journey clients) *5 ILS Focus Programs – multiple sensory-based programs to support brain-body integration *3–5 Hours of Therapy Weekly – tailored to your child’s needs *Repeatable Programs – continue exercises as desired to strengthen neural pathways *Weekly Email Guidance – ongoing support and strategy tips *Multi-Sensory, Brain-Based Exercises – integrated music and movement activities *Flexible Subscription – cancel at any time *Discounts for Family Members
